Further revision of test 4.4.7.a

FYI, the revision of test 4.4.7.a that we performed on this morning's 
telecon fixed a number of problems but alas was still not a correct test 
because it relied on performing a setvalue on a readonly node, which is 
not permitted according to spec (where the spec was put this way after 
very careful consideration by the working group).

We discovered that the revised test did not work in Ubiquity XForms and 
determined this was the reason.
Therefore, I amended the test further so that the node which controls 
readonly-ness was not in the readonly subtree, which enabled the setvalue 
to change it on xforms-ready.
We have verified that this revised test now works in Ubiquity XForms.

The zip file has been updated again.

We are still looking at the other 14 tests that were revised this morning, 
and will send notes if any further revisions are required.
