Completion of Issues 72 and 73

Hi Steven,

I did not realize that the action item for issue 73 (add value to 
mediatype) was on you when I did it. 
Perhaps it is best, though, because it was a bit more involved than 
anticipated.  Having the same element with different attribute groups 
created a bit of an avalanche of reorganization.

Anyway, I did notice though that I accidentally skipped mentioning  on the 
telecon that issue 72 as an issue for which you are the action item owner.

Do you think you would be able to finish these up before the next telecon?

If so, that might give me just enough time to install your changes  before 
the face to face meeting so we can decide on transitioning to CR.
