The Hypertext Coordination Group is the umbrella group that WG chairs in the interaction domain report in to. This working group requested that the HTCG take some action to make the forms joint task force meaningful by normalizing the expected membership to be equal from both groups. That has been done, and Chris Wilson and I have both been given the task of obtaining three members to participate in the joint task force, after which a first telecon can be set up. This is a very important effort to help make sure the XForms architecture and methodology is better reflected in forthcoming advancements to the markup of the web. I need at least three people to volunteer for this task force please. Please respond to this email to express interest, and if there are more than three volunteers, we can negotiate on the next telecon as to whom the three will be. Thank you, John M.
