The evaluation context of the 'if' and 'while' attributes is not defined. The context node, position, size, variables, and function library would need to be defined. It may be hard to define this in a way that allows other consumer languages (like XForms) to augment the definitions. We may have to import your tag set to our namespace and say "like theirs, only with our context rules). I would also recommend adding a 'context' attribute that can take the context that would have gone to if or while and then produce a new context node, position(1) and size (size of context nodeset).
