Perhaps it is jumping the gun to start editing a wiki before we have
had any discussion about what we want in our charter. Right now I
don't know if we have anything close to consensus.

So far no one even replied to my email asking for introductions, so I
am not sure if anyone is paying attention to this Task Force besides
me and Gregory. Is there anybody out there? Could we start by
introducing ourselves?
