Hello FedID Working Group members!

Our first telecom is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, 30 July, at 15:00 UTC. For those of you also participating in the CG, this is NOT a joint call with the CG this week as the week of July 29 is a Pacific call for the combined CG/WG. There is a different zoom link for the WG call.

Please take a moment to review the PRs; since FedCM is now a working group item, PRs need working group consensus before they can be merged.
