Re: [updated] Call for Consensus: First Public Working Draft of FedCM Spec

Hi FedID WG,

As we await decision on the FPWD publication, we continue to identify
issues. Sam Goto asked[0] that an additional set of issues be added to
the "critical open issues list" before FPWD. I have added those to PR
623.[1]

I'd like once again to start the clock on a formal call for consensus to
publish the FPWD of FedCM, version of 15 May + updated issue list in PR
623.

Please raise any questions or comments by 13 August (by email or in GitHub).

Thanks,
--Wendy, FedID WG co-chair
