Updated Call Time: FedID CG (Atlantic)

Hello FedID CG members!

Thank you to everyone who has filled out the call time survey and contacted me regarding their availability and preferences. We've shifted our call time to Tuesdays at 16:00 UTC. There was a very strong preference to sync seasonally with DST; we're going to have a week (for most participants; blame those 70 countries that participate in DST and yet can't agree to when DST needs to happen) twice a year where the times won't be in their usual time slot.

I've update the W3C calendar, so you should be receiving a revised invitation shortly. Our next call will be Tuesday, 14 November at 16:00 UTC. See you then!
