Hello all! I meant to get this out sooner, but work becomes pretty challenging when power goes out for the entire island on which I live. Yesterday was a blustery day. That said, I have an action from the Friday fedidcg call regarding meeting cadence. The proposal is to move to weekly meetings, with one week being an APAC week and the others being Atlantic. The schedule would look like this: Friday, 19 November @ 16:00 UTC (08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 US Eastern, 17:00 CET) Tuesday, 23 November @ 01:00 UTC (Monday @ 17:00 US Pacific, 20:00 US Eastern; Tuesday @ 10:00 Tokyo) Friday, 3 December @ 16:00 UTC (08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 US Eastern, 17:00 CET) Friday, 10 December @ 16:00 UTC (08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 US Eastern, 17:00 CET) Tuesday, 21 December @ 01:00 UTC (Monday @ 17:00 US Pacific, 20:00 US Eastern; Tuesday @ 10:00 Tokyo) Q1 2022 would start with Friday, 7 January @ 16:00 UTC (08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 US Eastern, 17:00 CET) Friday, 14 January @ 16:00 UTC (08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 US Eastern, 17:00 CET) Tuesday, 18 January @ 01:00 UTC (Monday @ 17:00 US Pacific, 20:00 US Eastern; Tuesday @ 10:00 Tokyo) Friday, 28 January @ 16:00 UTC (08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 US Eastern, 17:00 CET) Remember that ad hoc callas are also welcome. There is also a request to try and find an Atlantic time that isn’t on a Friday. I personally think that will be a challenge given number of meetings trying to find times in those types of time slots, but if the group wants to try, I’m happy to set up another doodle poll. I’ll start a thread in slack for people who want to chime in on the options. Heather Flanagan Spherical Cow Consulting Translator of Geek to Human hlf@sphericalcowconsulting.com
