Volunteering to be a co-chair for FedID CG

Hi folks -

I'm volunteering to be the third co-chair for the FedID CG, since it's one
of the areas I'm interested in.  For those who don't know me, I'm the
Senior Director for Privacy Technology in Salesforce's Marketing Cloud -
and I'm a member of a variety of W3C groups where folks might have run into
me before.  I'd be happy to help Heather and Tim with the administration of
the FedID CG, if it meets with everyone's approval.  If anyone does have
any concerns, though, please don't hesitate to share so we can see if they
can be addressed or not.
