EXPath File module for Saxon HE, and Java tools for Saxon

  Hi,

  I am pleased to announce an open-source implementation of the EXPath
File module for Saxon HE.  Saxon PE and EE already come with a builtin
implementation, this one can be used with HE.  It is available on CXAN
and has been developed on Github:

  This is the first library using some Java tools I created for Saxon,
available at https://github.com/expath/tools-saxon, containing mainly
tools to ease writing extension functions.
