Yes, wildcard terms are supported in strict mode. The semantics for declared
wildcard terms when strict is true are identical to the semantics when
strict is false. They are described at the end of section 8.5.3.1.7 [1].

Hi EXI Experts,
If I have a schema with wildcard terms defined by any and
anyattribute items, then is it possible to have strict mode
encoding/decoding with the grammar derived from such a schema. Please
clarify.
