My contact in UN Stats offers the following:

UNSD developed an SDG ontology in skos, which is published by the UN Dag Hammarskjöld library:

We are also starting a project to publish international statistical classifications in XKOS using FAO's Caliper:https://caliper.integratedmodelling.org/caliper/browse/showvoc/#/datasets
