   - SKOS concepts are OWL individuals;
   - SKOS does not take a stance on whether it must also be possible to
   treat SKOS concepts as OWL classes;
   - The restrictions on OWL-DL prevent treating SKOS concepts as OWL
   classes;
   - *There is an expectation that an ongoing OWL revision will alleviate
   the latter problem by offering some form of metamodeling*

Does anyone have knowledge about the expected OWL revision?
