Not quite: the specific property “P98i_was_born” requires (or implies) E63. 
So even if you make E63 or E7_Activity with P2_has_type, as soon as you use P98i, the type E67 will be inferred.

If there's demand for Birth and Death, how can there not be demand for Life?
