Dear Antoine, Indeed, I had understood that this is a modification of SKOS. I've seen that the modification only affect to the appendix and not SKOS itself. The document seems very complete. I will keep to update the Spanish translation of SKOS Primer we did. I include as attachment the draft of the ontology that I mentioned. Perhaps it would be useful in the design of the SKOS-ISOTHES extension.
