Dear Johannes,

A couple of months ago you could have found an easy (but yet partial) answer to this by looking at this:
That's a graphic rendition on the Library Linked Data CKAN resource our LLD incubator group has started (http://ckan.net/group/lld)
(Un)fortunately now the graph is a bit messier than it was then ;-)

But by dragging things around you may see something. And the underlying data is still available through CKAN, in the links:dbpedia attributes (see for example at http://ckan.net/package/agrovoc-skos)
In principle all these datasets are published as Linked Data, so there should be a dump and/or a SPARQL endpoint available for them.

Good luck,

> To clarify: By "subject vocabularies" I mean controlled value vocabularies for subjects and genre like LCSH [1], iptc-mediatopics[2], dewey classification (DDC) [3], Schlagwortnormdatei (SWD) [4]. In general, I prefer SKOS Mapping Relations, e.g.

> So far I've found a section in the W3C library linked data group #lldata [10] that lists some subject vocabularies that have mapped in respective projects like MACS [11] and HILT [12] (btw. both seem unavailable at the moment) but i did not found a list of downloadable files, nor sparql endpoints that contain these mappings.
