Simon,
Sorry for any confusion, but for the ISO25964-1 schema the link I should 
have given  is http://www.niso.org/schemas/iso25964/  Unfortunately I 
don't think you can see the whole draft standard, but at least the 
schema is there, and comments on the questions raised would still be 
welcome. Hopefully you had no problem finding the BS8723-5 schema?
