A couple of us have been looking at using Semantic MediaWiki to support collaborative development of SKOS vocabularies in astronomy. 'Everyone' knows how to use a wiki, and SMW templates allow the process of maintaining the relationships to be fairly painless. It's not deployed yet, since we seem to have hit a SMW/PHP version- skew problem which is blocking us right now, but all the bits seem to be in place, and we're confident we'll have this in front of users on a timescale of a month or so.
