I'm writing to find out if there are plans to release an updated version of the RDF vocabulary for SKOS Core to coincide with the release of the 2nd Working Draft of the SKOS Reference.  Maintaining a working draft of the RDF vocabulary that includes the sections of the specification that are expected to remain stable would be extremely useful.  Thanks.  Youn
