Hi Sascha, You're right. Tow different concepts can have a same prefLabel (either literal via normal SKOS or resource via SKOS-XL), even though it is not considered good practice for concepts inside a same concept scheme. It's not important that it is a skosxl:prefLabel. Could also be altLabel or hiddenLabel. The question is: Can one skosxl:Label be associated with more than one skos:concept.
