Hi Jean, As you want to convert XML file into SKOS, I would like to know about the content of the XML file. 'Content' in the sense, the kind of concept scheme it represents (such as: thesauri, classification schemes, subject heading lists and taxonomies). Your XML file can be converted into SKOS only when your XML file represents one of these concept schemes. If your XML file contains a thesaurus data, you can refer to the paper written by Mark van Assem et al. (http://www.cs.vu.nl/~mark/papers/Assem06b.pdf).
