RE: [SKOS] New web site rolled out

Hi John,

I implemented one of the Cookbook recipes [1] at the same time as rolling out the new web site.

If you go to http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core in your web browser, you will get redirected to the latest version of the Vocabulary Specification (HTML) [2].

If an application sends a GET request to http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core and includes the header field "Accept: application/rdf+xml" it will be redirected to the latest RDF/XML specification [3].

By default, if an application sends a GET request to http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core without an "Accept:" header field it will be redirected to the latest RDF/XML specification.

I'm not sure what is happening with protege, I don't know what HTTP header fields it sends.

Cheers,

Alistair.

Does the SKOS RDF URL no longer work? I'm trying to import it into Protege and it fails. So when I use a browser to go to

http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core

I instead get back

http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-swbp-skos-core-spec-20051102/

Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
