I just tried the URL http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core

with Tabulator, and it works fine. So content negociation seems to be OK: a 
browser correctly gets an HTML version, and an application that prefers rdf gets 
it. Seems to be a problem with the "accept" header of the HTTP request made by 
Protégé (I guess that it does not contain "application/xml+rdf")
