Thanks for your thoughtful answers. Even if they don't provide a clear 
answer, they figure that :

    * This is a known issue and not an exotic use case.
    * SKOS as it stands does not provide a standard way to adress it.
    * Meanwhile I can use home-made extensions of SKOS (that's the cool
      side of RDF) which hopefully at some point will be replaced by
      some standard properties.
