Hi Javier general geographical thesaurus type projects you might be interested in are: - Alexandria Digital Library which has emphasised geographic metadata in their digital library, has a geographic feature type thesaurus, a gazetteer with server and metadata for various types of footprint, has some coverage of Spain and its regions.
