grounding terms in URI space

Regarding...

[[
Publishing RDF Data

The simplest way to publish RDF data is to create one or more RDF
documents containing your data, and publish them on the web via a
normal HTTP server.

There's a critical bit that went unsaid there: the RDF should be
published *at the address of the terms*.

If the terms follow the http://...schema#term pattern, the it's as
simple as publishing one RDF
document with <rdf:Description rdf:about="#term">...</rdf:Description>.

If you use hash-less names, ala
http://www.ukat.org.uk/thesaurus/concept/1750 , it gets
more complicated, but it can be done (see
http://esw.w3.org/topic/SlashRedirection ).
Currently, I get a 404 at that .../1750 address. Please let's not say
that is best practice.

In either case, please encourage people to ground their terms in URI
space.
