Hi everybody,
I am Vincent Wartelle, CEO and Founder of ISI, a French company dedicated to digital publishing since 2003.
EPUB specialist, working in the publishing industry for more than 25 years, we offer 3 platforms :
- ISIcrunch, a complete solution to build eTextBooks in FXL with a Studio to enhanced interactivity, a Review-Copy system with annotations and full tracking and archiving system
- ISIaccess, our platform to build secured and open access libraries, with a full online Reader to enable interactive EPUB, integrated to LMS (Moodle, Blackboard) and custom SSO (Ministry of Education in France for example)
- i-square, our last "baby", to build natively accessible ressources, as widgets for FXL books, and Reflow EPUBs with full editing system.

We are also the technical producer of an EPUB to help young children to ease reading, built with a scientific published method created by CNRS research laboratories.
Having a long experience of international meetings, we are also a sponsor of the Digital Publishing Summit in Europe.

Dear all,

I am the Research Fellow of International Digital Commerce Research
Division, Commerce Development Research Institute (CDRI) for research
and analysis the industry of the international digital commerce and
communications. The CDRI is also a semi-government research institute
controlled by The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) of Taiwan. At
the present, I am also both the expert of UN Centre for Trade
Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) and the Deputy
Secretary of the Asia Pacific Council for Trade Facilitation &
Electronic Business (AFACT).

With more than 20 years of experience in E-book, digital publishing
and technology industry, I am usually invited to participate in
numerous
meetings to provide his suggestions for government sectors and
organizations, such as Taiwan's Ministry of Culture of cultural
technology policies and digital publishing developing meeting, Taiwan
Digital Publishing Forum, and Taiwan E-book Association meetings.
