[a11y] Doodle poll for regular Accessibility meetings for Publishing CG

Dear all,

 

We should start regular "biweekly" meetings for Accessibility task force for
Publishing CG.

The last two meetings were organized ad hoc to complete the high priority
work. We should now switch to regular meetings schedule.
