[a11y] Publishing CG accessibility task force meeting

Dear all,

It is looking difficult to balance the time on extreme east and east west parts of the world in the single call. We may end up having two meetings for these timezones.
At this point the time, November 30, at 14 UTC looks as the suitable time for many participants. If the preferences of the participants remain the same up to Monday, Nov 29, then we will finalize this time for our call. On Monday I will also send the suitable time for east Asia friendly call.
