Thanks to everyone who have responded so far.
On request, I have added couple of more timings which are a little more Asia friendly.

For early birds who have already responded, please have a look if you are available in these additional timings. In case Doodle is not allowing to change your preferred timings, then I will create a new Doodle poll.

We should have an accessibility task force meeting (Publishing CG) before this year ends, to discuss the further plans (maintenance of user experience guide for metadata, guidance for writing accessibility summary, document for describing audio books, audio sync with text and text only publications etc.
