github permission(pull request)

I modified some epub-tests, because some RSs cannot mix horizontal and vertical writing-mode.
But I cannot push the branch below errors.

> remote: Permission to w3c/epub-tests.git denied to toshiakikoike.
> fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/w3c/epub-tests.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Could you put me permission to w3c/epub-tests.git ?

Or could you use following files?
(I push my repository temporary.)
