[a11y] EPUB accessibility to European accessibility act mapping is updated after the review

Dear all,

Thanks for providing the constructive feedback for the mapping of EPUB Accessibility to the requirements of European accessibility act.
Gregorio has updated the document according to the feedback received up to June 10, which was the last day of review period. Thanks to Gregorio for the update. The document is at 1.

Dear chairs, the mapping is now ready for WG note approval. Please feel free to schedule it in upcoming EPUB 3 WG call. It would be great if it can become WG note within June, because this is the deadline for providing the information to EU representatives.

we have finally managed to publish the first Editor's Draft of the EPUB Accessibility document - EU Accessibility Act Mapping.

We would like to ask for your feedback by the June 10 call.

We have tried different ways to make it readable, landing on this technique that exploits the use of blockquote and headers.  If you have any suggestions for improving readability, they are welcome!
