[a11y] Review for EPUB Accessibility - EU Accessibility Act Mapping

Dear all,
we have finally managed to publish the first Editor's Draft of the EPUB Accessibility document - EU Accessibility Act Mapping.

We would like to ask for your feedback by the June 10 call.

We have tried different ways to make it readable, landing on this technique that exploits the use of blockquote and headers.  If you have any suggestions for improving readability, they are welcome!
