[Locators TF] Summary/Minutes of the Locators Meeting

Hi all,

Thanks to those who were able to attend today’s meeting, it was an exciting discussion!

Our first task is to gather use cases to help us frame future discussions. We are gathering those on Github: https://github.com/w3c/epub-specs/wiki/Use-Cases-for-Virtual-Locators

We also briefly discussed the issue with meeting times. 11am ET is not a workable time for the long term, so I have created a new doodle for meeting times, please note we may use an alternating time similar to the WG’s schedule to accommodate people in different time zones, so please answer with all times you’d be comfortable meeting at on an ongoing basis: https://doodle.com/poll/u76p8s4pni3ns2bh?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link

Lastly, we are looking for someone to lead the TF, this is mostly an administrative task (keeping track of the project, running meetings, and following up with people), if you are interested, please let me know!
