EOCred: submitting to schema.org

Hello all, as we seemed in agreement that the work we have done so far 
was adequate meet those use cases that we could meet, I have checked the 
relevant files and made any minor amendments necessary and have sent a 
pull request <https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/pull/1978> [1] for 
Educational Occupational Credentials to be added to schema.org.

You can see an "editors draft 
<http://pending.eocred-1779.appspot.com/EducationalOccupationalCredential>" 
preview [2] of what has been submitted.

I will tidy up the wiki for any loose ends, and will let know the 
outcome of the pull request.
