Hi EO Planning team! I met with MaryJo and Robert earlier this week and we seem to have a good idea of how we want to approach the changes regarding the states. I’ll implement an example that we hope to bring to the group maybe next week. For non-english entries, we came up with an idea of a standard email to ask for confirmation in WAI IG or other fora to help us streamline the process of getting feedback for those and overcome the question of “how to start asking”. In addition once we have the states implemented in a good way, we had the idea to have a call for submissions on WAI IG and maybe other fora for specific regions. For example: “Submit your Oceania/Africa/Asia accessibility information now!” I’m not available for the meetings this week, but I thought it would be good for y’all to have a heads-up. (MaryJo, Robert, please correct me if I misunderstood something :-D) Eric -- Eric Eggert Web Accessibility Specialist Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) at World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
