Added tutorials to survey

Hi all!

I didn’t find a survey, so I [created 
one](https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/EO-Weekly-7-September-2018/handler).

I also added a question for the tutorial editorial change from WCAG 2.0 
to WCAG 2. It’s mainly a minor change. Please review the question to 
see if it is clear.
