End of Week Check-in

Hi Gentlemen,

I hope your week went well. I did see a lot of activity in the Role
Definitions document. Great work.

I wanted to check in with you and see if you had any final open issues that
you would like to have discussion on with the full EO working group next
week. There is no need to bring issues to the large group if you feel you
can work with individuals to close the remaining issues. I am just checking
to see if you need some agenda time with the large group. The meeting is on
Thursday, 19 July so I am assuming that it would be Bill and/or Sean that
would attend to collect feedback.

Let me know if you would like agenda time. If so, we would like to briefly
discuss this with some of you (at least one of you) at the planning meeting
on Wednesday morning in order to pull together the agenda item and level
set expectations for the meeting.
