Dear Estella, We would first like to thank you for taking the time to contribute to improving this resource. We have received valuable feedback and some of the suggestions have already been incorporated into the tool, others have been added to our to-do list for the next development stages, and others may need further discussion. The updated version is currently available at: https://614c42623e94470008d04ab1--wai-list-of-courses.netlify.app/list-of-courses/ A brief summary of all the updates made is available at: https://github.com/leticiaseixas/wai-list-of-courses/blob/914a8c32080caa4175f874ec5df8ded53f867132/README.md Following is the list of the answers you have provided in the Eagle Review Survey with our comments for each one of them. Let us know if you have any further considerations or additional clarifications on any topic are needed. Responses will also be included on the corresponding github issues. * Attributes for describing offers * # "Offer type" is not clear and may lead to confusion. Non-credit, Undergrad and Graduate are academic and non-credit and professional might be vocational. Maybe turn it into: "Type of learning" informal, non-formal, formal, part-time, etc. This change might help defining the next attribute: "Degree of certification" but no clear which will be the options for "certification". We have reviewed both categories, “Offer type” and “Degree of certification”, and decided to merge them. Current attributes for defining an offer are: Graduate program, Undergraduate program, Training program, Professional certification, and Other. With these changes and to avoid increasing the complexity of the filters, we believe that a subcategory comprising the types of certificates and degrees could be included in the advanced filtering resource, to be developed and reviewed in future activities. * # "Target role" maybe good to change it to "Target audience". Changed to “Audience”. * # "Keywords/Topics" it might be good to have a single word "keywords" or "topics". Changed to “Topics”. * # "Format" Missing options might be guided/non-guided and/or synchronous/asynchronous. We included a new category “Learning” with the following options: Guided, Non-guided, Synchronous, Asynchronous. * # "Language/Country" If face-to-face teaching is provided then it makes sense to have also language/country. We included two new filters: Language and Country. We propose these filters including only the languages and countries available in current offers in order to minimize the number of options. * Filter categories * # In "Format" it might me good to add and explain the following options: guided/non-guided and/or synchronous/asynchronous. The changes we have made aim to make this information more intuitive so that we reduce the need of any additional information. According to the feedback received about these changes, we will further discuss in future surveys which items can benefit from an associated info button with a sort of glossary. * I would recommend to add a specific field for "Type of organisation": academic, professional. See previous comment on new “Offer type” values. * Landing page * I would suggest to add this page as "landing page" in the "Teach and Advocate" section as part of the "menu". I do not think another page with overview information is needed if a proper explanation is provided at the top. I would suggest to add "Submit new course" button at the bottom of the page. We do agree with this suggestion, as well as the majority of the respondents. We’ll be following that approach in further developments. Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing your comments. Best, Letícia --- Letícia Seixas Pereira LASIGE, Faculdade de Ciências, Universidade de Lisboa
