Hello Participants,

I am emailing some of you to ask you to please complete the Accessibility
Statements Approval to Publish Survey

We really need all active participants to complete this survey so that we
have the documentation needed to move forward. Even if you are not able to
get to the final review for approval, please go in and check the "I
abstain" option so we have recorded input from everyone.
