* Web Accessibility Laws & Policies

   In the Review team add Andrew Arch for later contributions (he has no 
time right now, but expects that to change eventually.

* Easy Checks, Translations, Accessible Media Tutorial, Mobile 
Accessibility Developers Intro, ARIA Developers Intro, BAD Update

   I hope to be able to contribute once we get closer to launch, but for 
now I will concentrate on the frontend for the relaunch, so can you put 
me in as a [monitor] for all those resources instead of a reviewer? (For 
some of the resources I already reviewed a draft, so technically that 
probably counts.)
