New HXL working group

Dear all,

for those of you interested in the future development of HXL, please follow
the Google group at
https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/hxlproject

The group has been on hiatus for a while, but is getting more active now as
the development of HXL is being continued under a grant from HIF (see
http://www.humanitarianinnovation.org/projects/large-grants/UNOCHA).

Any feedback on HXL is welcome, especially from those of you who have
already used it in a project.
