If we produce something as group, whey don't we use the Wiki for that ?
The W3C provides us with these facilities, so lets use them

Thanks, Tomi and Eva. I think google doc can be easy to collaborate in 
short time for all without any learning curve, so we can opt for that. In 
the Monday meeting, we can settle it down. Say?

notes. How shall we proceed? I am a big fan of online latex tools (like 
writelatex) for collaborative work but I am ok with any other solution
