HowTo.gov, Customer Service Planning & StratML

Brand's message prompted me to convert to StratML format the about us
statement for the HowTo.gov site as well as the strategic planning document
he cites.

They are available, respectively, at
http://xml.gov/stratml/drybridge/index.htm#H2G &
http://xml.gov/stratml/drybridge/index.htm#CSSGA or, more specifically,
http://xml.gov/stratml/carmel/H2GwStyle.xml &
http://xml.gov/stratml/carmel/CSSGAwStyle.xml

The milestones document he cites could be converted to StratML Part 2,
Performance Plan/Report, format but I have not yet done so.

It would be good if usage of the StratML standard were fostered under
HowTo.gov's Goal 1:
280d48> Strategic Planning & Customer Service Channels -- Offer best
practices, training, and guidance on strategic planning and coordinating
customer service channels.

Eleven of the agency customer service plans are also included in the StratML
collection, at http://xml.gov/stratml/drybridge/index.htm#CSPs

Does this W3C eGov activity relate to:
http://www.howto.gov/customer-service/digital-government-strategy-agency-mil
estones

and Owen's StratML to:
http://www.howto.gov/customer-service/strategic-planning ?

There seem to multiple GSA activities doing the same thing, so why not join
forces especially since you (Jeanne) work for GSA that does both Data.gov
and this?
