Hi Rachel, The draft charter 2 with edits from us three is already up in the wiki: http://www.w3.org/2007/eGov/IG/wiki/Charter2 Thanks Kevin for providing more edits. I would need to get a final version no later than July 14th. I would also need to know if I'll get a wiki version or if someone from ETF will produce the final _required_ HTML. I'm happy to help and provide a template if someone from ETF wants to give it a try. There are still some comments I left in there enclosed in @@. Several are just editorial, but want to highlight some here and we can discuss on the group call next Wed. * @@Web Access, Development and Interoperability@@ Still not sure about TF2 name, and seems a bit too broad to me yet * Strategies and goals sections I left comments from Ian at the beginning for ETF to consider. I think text below is much more detailed but some ideas are probably somewhat duplicated and Ian's text is better summarized? Couldn't come up with anything better, something in the middle might be it, hope ETF could do. * Dependencies Comment not about text but for me to re-check with all of those to be listed there. If anybody else has input on groups/organizations we should add/remove from there, please shout. * Decision and Patent sections Please, leave them at that. That's the text it _must_ appear in there. * About this Charter Last paragraph should be left untouched, can be move around within that section though. I'm not sure we need so much background on Charter 1 in there. If you have any questions, please ping me at anytime. I hope we could spend a significant amount of time discussing more about the charter on the upcoming group call. Looking forward to this as the first deliverable of the ETF! :) -- Jose M.
