I converted the recommendations in the Public Services 2.0 report to StratML format for the benefit of folks: a) like me, who may not wish to take the time to wade through the entire report, and/or b) who may wish to try to transform it into a performance plan against which progress can be measured and reported to stakeholders (preferably in conformance with Part 2 of the StratML standard, which is being specified by AIIM's StratML Committee. http://xml.gov/stratml/index.htm#Part2) The PS2 report is available at http://xml.gov/stratml/index.htm#Europe or, more specifically, http://xml.gov/stratml/PS2.xml (plain text) & http://xml.gov/stratml//crane/PS2.xml (with basic styling).
