Data.gov CONOPS in StratML Format

The draft concept of operations for the Data.gov site is now available in StratML format at http://xml.gov/stratml/index.htm#CIOC or, more specifically, http://xml.gov/stratml/DataDotGovCONOPS.xml

It is also available with basic styling at http://xml.gov/stratml/crane/DataDotGovCONOPS.xml (including the <OtherInformation> element) and http://xml.gov/stratml/crane/DataDotGovCONOPSWithoutOtherInfo.xml (without it).
