Hi all, There was some discussion at the previous group call about best way to publish the document. After some consideration with Chairs and W3C colleagues, the most important question for me was: is it expected to change in the future? And my answer was "yes" So it makes sense to publish this one as a Working Draft, as we did with the Group Note. This means that someone at ETF should be familiar with the W3C Manual of Style and W3C Editor's Guidebook to format the document accordingly before publication as already stated in the ETF wiki page [1]. I still remember the excellent job Hugh did with the charter in this sense. Rachel, Sandro/I could help the person a bit if needed. Cheers, Jose.
