Editing WG October meetings

Hey Editing WG, welcome to TPAC month!

We'll have two meetings [1] this month:

  *   Our regular October WG meeting is next Friday​​ at the usual time.
  *   Our TPAC week meeting is scheduled for Friday October 29th (at the usual time).
